Mr. Tabar served as Chief Strategy Officer of Bit Digital (2021-2023). Prior to Bit Digital, Sam served as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Fluidity (2017-2020), he was Partner at FullCycle Fund (2015-2017), Director and Head of Capital Strategy for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Asia Pacific Region (2010-2011), Co-Head of Marketing at Sparx Group (2004-2010), and was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Meagher, Flom LLP & Affiliates (2001-2004). Mr. Huang had served as Co-Founder and advisor of Long Soar Technology Limited (2019-2020), served as the Founder and CEO of Bitotem Investment Limited from (2018-2019), as well as an Investment Manager of Guojin Capital from (2016-2018). He had also previously worked as an Engineering Analyst of Crowncastle International (2013-2014), bringing a wealth of experience to his current role. Mr. Huang received a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University.
Chief Technology Officer
Tom Sanfilippo was a Senior Director at DigitalOcean following its acquisition of the AI startup Paperspace in 2023. Tom was CTO at Paperspace from 2016 to 2023. He led the Groove team in Microsoft Office from 2007 to 2012. He previously held senior technical management roles at Groove Networks and was a Research Scientist at the OSF Research Institute. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sanfilippo was the Chief Technology Officer at The Ohio State University, after holding various technical positions since 1985. Mr. Sanfilippo studied Physics, Mathematics, and Philosophy at The Ohio State University.

Mr. Krassakopoulos brings more than 20 years experience in the data center and managed hosting industry to Bit Digital. Founder of Netelligent Hosting Services, the first high density capable data center in Canada.
CTO, Enovum
Since 2008 in Canada, David has assumed the roles of Network Administrator, up to the position of IT Director, then TI-HPC (Ai) consultant. With more than fifteen years of experience in high-availability hosting, David has specialized in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing (“HPC”). David is tech-savvy and cybersecurity-focused. At Enovum, he is the CISO and Director of infrastructure.
